CRAIG BUEKER | CEO & FOUNDER
Craig Bueker founded Criterion360 to redefine how organizations manage digital risk, bridging the gap between the growing complexity of operational risks and the capabilities of internal IT departments. With over two decades of hands-on experience, Craig has become a trusted partner to executives navigating the high stakes of today’s digital landscape. His leadership is grounded in the belief that trust, resilience, and operational clarity are the cornerstones of sustainable success.
Craig’s career has been defined by his ability to step into chaotic, uncontrolled environments and deliver solutions that don’t just stabilize but transform. His work focuses on embedding accountability into every layer of an organization—aligning leadership, compliance, and technical teams while cutting through noise and vendor-driven fear. By professionalizing digital risk operations, Craig ensures organizations can make confident decisions built on actionable insights, not uncertainty.
As the CEO of Criterion360, Craig has pioneered a proactive approach to digital risk management that integrates advanced technology, including AI-driven tools, with deeply human oversight. Craig’s forward-looking vision also reflects his leadership in modern AI applications. He has championed the use of federated knowledge systems and advanced AI capabilities to enhance decision-making, automate compliance, and create operational systems that adapt to evolving risks with his contributions in Pong AI. These technologies, paired with decades of mission-critical experience, enable Criterion360 to operate at the forefront of digital risk management, providing solutions that are as dynamic as the challenges they address.
Throughout his career, Craig has led cross-functional task forces for organizations including Omnicom, Interpublic Group, Bloomberg, Marvel, DTCC, and NYU Langone Medical Center. His ability to resolve systemic failures, rebuild trust, and professionalize operational risk programs has made him a sought-after advisor in the field. From stabilizing technology environments to integrating compliance without disrupting operations, Craig’s work ensures that organizations don’t just recover from chaos—they emerge stronger.
Craig’s leadership is built on a commitment to trust through action. His philosophy emphasizes that compliance is not a foundation but a layer on top of resilient operations. He believes that digital risk management should create clarity, not complexity, and that strong systems should make it easier for leaders to focus on their vision while knowing their operations are secure.
Before founding Criterion360, Craig launched CBI Connect, a New York-based technology infrastructure management firm, in 1999, serving high-profile clients in media, financial services, and advertising. His career has always been about aligning technical expertise with business realities, ensuring that organizations can thrive in a world where risks are constant, but trust is always possible.
Craig studied Computer Information Systems at Baruch College, CUNY, and splits his time between New York City and Miami. His work continues to push the boundaries of professional digital risk management, building systems that protect the core of businesses, foster trust, and prepare organizations for the future of AI-driven innovation and operational resilience.
